Every session begins with a full safety briefing, and every participant receives protective equipment. Your wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do.

Frequently asked questions
You must be at least 12 years old to take part. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Sessions last between 20 and 30 minutes depending on the package you choose, plus time for your safety briefing.
Sessions are available for 1 to 4 people as standard. For larger groups, get in touch and we'll arrange something for you.
Wear comfortable, covered clothing and sturdy, closed-toe shoes. All protective equipment is provided.
Yes. Every participant receives full protective equipment, including a safety briefing before your session begins.
Absolutely. Whether it's friends, family or a corporate group, contact us and we'll set up the perfect session.
Please arrive on time. If you're running late, let us know as soon as possible so we can see if we can accommodate you.
No. For your safety, participants must be sober. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to take part.
