Sessions last between 20 and 30 minutes depending on the package you choose, plus time for your safety briefing before you begin.

Sessions are available for 1 to 4 people as standard. For larger groups, get in touch and we'll arrange something for you.

Wear comfortable, covered clothing and sturdy, closed-toe shoes. All protective equipment is provided for you.

Yes. Every participant receives full protective equipment, preceded by a full safety briefing before your session begins.

Absolutely. Whether it's friends, family, a celebration or a corporate team day, contact us and we'll set up the perfect session.

Please arrive on time. If you're running late, let us know as soon as possible so we can see if we can accommodate you.

No. For your safety, participants must be sober. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to take part.

No. Your bottles and protective equipment are all provided. Just bring comfortable clothes, closed-toe shoes and yourself.
